One of my client return is invalidated. i tried filing fresh return but its showing error as " 2 return under same section cannot be filed"
i had also dealt invalid return case earlier, fresh return was easily filed successfuly
On the income tax return, select the option “In response to a notice under Section 139(9) where the original return filed was a defective return.
