Intersting But Frustating ERROR Msg...

I have been trying to register my Pan Num for efiling of return but everytym i register i get an error msg that says :-
 
 
 " You submitted the Registration Form more than once. An Activation Link will be sent to your Email id and you can activate your account by clicking on the link. In case you do not receive the mail in 2 hours, please come back and try to login or contact ITAX Administrator"
 
 
no email link has ever come to my account and when i try to login after 2 hrs i get an error that say incorrect User Id i.e pan..
 

i tried with my friends card as well ...and yet im getting the same msg...

what do i do...???

plzzz help me out...

You need to activate your account first in order to use the e-filing portal. It might take hours to receive the activation email, depending upon your service provider. If even after a day it hasn't arrived, contact the support people, here -

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly login with your user id and password on efiling website then a box will open and it will ask a alternative email id so you need to put your email id in that box after that you will receive a confirmation mail on that altenative email id. Thanks & Regards

Thts the reply i got frm them...how can i log in when my account hasnt been activated....

 

Try to login with the selected userid (PAN)/ password (you need to be careful of the caps/ nums).

Use forgot password option, if you still can't get through.
