ANY FURNITURE OR EQUIPMENT HAVE LIFE MORE THAN ONE YEAE THEN YOU SHOULD CAPITALIZE IT IN BOA AND CLAIM DEPRECIATION AND REMAINING DEBIT TO EXP A/C.

If its a rented place then can be book under repair & maintenance, else have to capitalised ,

If rented place, then it would be better if book under repair and maintenance.
