what is the maximum interest that can be claimed under 24 if the construction has completed after 5 years.

completed after 5 years then we can claim 30000. what will be maximum interest that can be claimed for current year(construction competed in 2016)

Once the conditions are not satisfied it will be restricted to Rs 30000 per annum till the entire loan gets repaid. In your case every year you can only claim RS 30000.
