Please guide us we are paying GST for the month of July 17 n also going to file GSTR3B on 20th Aug 17, pls let us know can we adjust ITC of July 17 while payment of July 17 payable GST, according to notification no 23 dated 17.8.17 pl s refer.

If you want to take ITC of previous regime via TRAN1, Last date is 28 Aug. Otherwise it is 20th of Aug.
You can take ITC of july for the return of july without any requirement of TRAN1
