NO , you could have submit till 17/01
In case the name for proposed company was approved, the applicant was required to make an application in SPICe forms till 17th January, 2018. The applications for incorporation of companies are suspended till 26th January, 2018. New and updated forms will be deployed from 26th of January, after which you can make an application to incorporate a company.
