hello,
can we show tax payable in income tax return and file it and pay the tax afterwards..is it valid

yes, IT return can be filed without payment of tax also. But it will be treated as defective return u/s 139(9) of the Income tax act.
Same can be rectified within 15 days from the date of intimation by the AO.
