Income tax refund problem

my friend income tax return was filled fy 18-19 and ask refund. now ITR was processed and sent to 143(1) intimation order at 15th sep 2019. still no refund was credited bank account and no details mentioned in ITR login

what happen sir ?

No issue..u will get refund...in my case it took approx 1month from the date of order

This time it is taking almost 2-3 weeks after 143(1) intimation.

Hope your bank account is pre-validated.
If not then pre-validate it immediately bcoz without that your refund will remain on hold by CPC

Bank account was automatically be pre validated , status shows validated, now what should I do

When order is passed, u will definitely get refund...in my case it took approx 1 month...have patience
