Income Tax refund not processed

NSDL does not show the correct status most of the time.. the
probable reason could be not updating the bank details in the IT website... add the bank details and then vslidate the same in website and then call the customer care and raise a complaint that the refund credit is failed... in a weeks time they will send a notification about refund reject notification then go to the website and raise a refund reissue request.. it gets credited in next 21 days from the time of raising the reissue request hope it's helpful... cheers

is it communication or intimation

The commnication notice sent by IT authorities sounds at times very abrupt:
1. there are some arithmetical errors which are not always very critical but lacks some basic norms.
2 there are some errors which violates the basic norms.
