To become registered IT Practitioner, you have attended atleast 3 Assessment and get 3 Assessment orders in your name post that you have to apply to Principal Commissioner office in form no 39 with photocopies of assessment orders and your Income Tax Returns.also some specific amount of court fee is also required. Please do visit Commissioner Office also and get necessary details before applying. Also just to update The people at department including officers don't have proper knowledge of ITP registration nor they process it easily.
