A & B is a director of a company . The company needs to file its return before 30th Sept. So does the director too can file its return before 30th Sept or has to file before 31st august. Both the director having a huge amount of losses from their other business. So wen can they file their return before 30th Sept or 31st Aug. so that they can carry forwd the losses .
