First download E-form from following link

make an a/c (user name PAN) with IT Dep at following link...

https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/

there after fill your E-form and create an XML file to upload on site as above.....

Well, i'd suggest u to use softwares lyk SINEWAVE TAXBASE or something lyk tht for easy e-filing of tax.

or visit www.taxeworld.com for info on easy e-filing of income tax and vat returns

Also you can use Excel utilities to file e-return, which are provided by ITD
