no GST on employee benefits like salary, incentive , bonus and other allowances
But, if you give a gift amounting more than Rs.50,000/- than GST is applicable on entire amount of gift whether in cash or in king .
gift means cash or facility given to someone due to love and affection. we give incentive for the work done by the staff.
