Here's a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue:
1. Download the excel template from the portal and fill in the required details for the invoices.
2. Take action on the invoices by updating the status, adding remarks, or making any necessary changes.
3. Upload the updated excel sheet to the portal. Ensure the file format and size meet the portal's requirements.
4. If the portal doesn't allow uploading, contact the portal support or your accountant for assistance. Regarding ITC (Input Tax Credit), if no action is taken on the invoices in IMS, it's deemed accepted, and total ITC will reflect in 2B.
However, if your blocked ITC is less than 2B, you should show the blocked ITC amount in 3B.
Please consult your accountant or tax professional for guidance on managing invoices and ITC in your specific situation.
They can help you navigate the IMS portal and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Additionally, consider the following: -
Regularly review and reconcile invoices in IMS to avoid discrepancies. -
Ensure timely action on invoices to avoid deemed acceptance. -
Verify ITC calculations and blocked amounts to ensure accuracy. -
Consult your accountant or tax professional for assistance with ITC and invoice management.
