I served as an article in a firm from 27/08/2013 to 18/04/2015 With Leave of 87 days (2 days excess Leaves). thereafter from 28/04/2015 till date I am working in another firm to serve remaining period.I will take around 120 days leave for my CA final May 16 attempt.So approximately total leaves comes to 207(87+120) which is more than leave actually allowed (156).now my question is whether my CA final attempt will be shifted to nov 16 because of 51(207-156) Excess leaves. Or I can give attempt in May 16 and serve extension thereafter ?
