I'm a registered dealer in Maharashtra and in Tamil Nadu and placing an order to importer now i stated to importer that Please ship my goods on Chennai port rather on Mumbai port so where do i need to pay IGST in Maharashtra or In TN???

Point of supply at Chennai Port, where you are already registered.
Sir we are registered in Karnataka but import is at chennai port. Our CHA send the goods to Bangalore. do we have to do some thing in GST?
I don't think so..... if final destination of consignment is at your registered place in Karnataka.

If i am not registered in Tamil Nadu but my shipment arive at Chennai port than what would be the Tax implication whether IGST will be payable at TN or at Mumbai.??
