No not applicable, because the entire topic has been excluded from syllabus of IPC as well as Final

PLZ. CLARIFY WHETHER ENTIRE TAXABLE SERVICES PART HAS BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE SYLLABUS OR ONLY NUMERICAL PART HAS BEEN EXCLUDED.
