Where DD payable at what name?

Exam Forms will be available from 1^st March 2011 to 25^th March 2011

Exam Forms available with Late Fees (Rs 100) 26^th March 2011 to 9^th April 2011

I got these responses of my email from ICSI my complaint for DD......you should also write to ICSI for your safe side and it will the proof for your next step if not consider in last movement..........
