I am Graduate in BCA.Can I became GS Practitionar?
I am Graduate in BcA and doing Tax Practionar JOB. Why I can not ?

There is a prescribed qualification which cbec has declared for gst practioner,so only people having relevant qualification can practice gst .BCA is not relevant qualification as per CBEC so you can not practice in the area of GST.
No you can't only Commerce graduate apply as GST Practitioner.
What am I doing for gst practitioner?
it means my carrier will end?
How it can. Take registeration on name of someone else & work on GST.
rashmi.. but when ever i want to go to dept , they can ask me is the person registered and me are same?
I think in GST no requirement to go to Deptt
