the manufacturer is making khajoor katri which is a mix of minced dry dates, scented flavour and methanol. although it can be consumed directly as mouth fresher, 80% of their product is used by paan shops. Pan shops use this product with other products to make all sorts of paan and mouth fresheners. The confusion is whether the manufacturer should use HSN of dates or HSN of mouth freshener?
