If my land-lord doesnot have the PAN Card & my HRA claim exceed 1 Lac per annum.
Can i show the declaration signed by land-lord that she dosenot have the PAN Card?
Will i get the HRA Tax benefit if the above is appliacble?

Yes, you can claim deduction for HRA.

"In case the landlord does not have a PAN, a declaration to this effect from the landlord along with the name and address of the landlord should be filed by the employee."
.
Obtain the declaration from the landlord on a simple plain A4 size paper.
