RENT Receipt you can search online you will get. There is no standard format. If rent is in excess of RS 8333 than you to provide PAN details of land lord in rent receipt

Form 10ba is applicable in cases where there is no HRA. Deduction can be claimed under sec 80gg for rent paid on own accomdation
