Please help on following issue.
Assessee is receiving HRA allowance.
Residence where he stay is own by his Grand father. His grand father & father both are passed away long back. Home is still in the name of grand father & not trf to mother name.
Now can assessee give rent to his mother & claim HRA deduction while filing Return or Not ?
