Can anyone tell me under which section TDS on Custom house agent(Shiipping Line Agency) will be deductable?
Will TDS be deducted on full amount of the bill i.e. inclusive of Ocean Freight or excluding that freight?

export freight are not laible to TDS but THC ,claearing forward are liable to TDS under sec 194 c
