How to Stop Stress and Enjoy Life

It also help us to relax from exams tensions also.
Are you in midst of difficulty right now? Are you facing a hard decision, and don't see your way out? There's no time for personal defeat, its time to face this giant in your life and overcome all of your obstacles.
1.Recognize how you are feeling? Upset, angry, stressed? Whatever it is release your feelings through a prayer, meditation, screaming, crying, write a personal reflection or go outdoors. Go out and get some fresh air and relax.

2.Relax and rest yourself in a comfortable state and start to cool down. If you having an overhaul of stress or if you feel overwhelmed, start exercising, to ease all of the tension and stress. To relax yourself physically, start exercising. Do some running, stretching, walking, this helps to relax and strengthen your body

3.Start to relax your mind mentally. Start speaking encouraging words to yourself. Don't settle in defeat because defeat is not you, and happiness and prosperity are your deserving benefits to this life. Also, it is only to those who want to accept those deserving benefits and not wallow in defeat. Start saying: I am the best, greatest, I have joy, I am prosperous, confident. Just continue to keep speaking who you are and what you are own your way to becoming!

4.Stay focused on your life and your goals. if you have been wanting to do something new in your life, or you had set out to do something, but didn't get stated? It's now time for you to hit the restart button and go at it again.

5. Stay encouraged Whether you have anyone supporting you or not, remember God is in your corner, the people who care about you in your life and I support you at this time. Remain focused to the task ahead, don't give up, keep smiling, and reap positive results. "Know that you can overcome anything in life"
