If MANUFATURING COST Rs.6.20(inclding of 5% Tax) and it goes to end user through dealers and M.r.p is 10rs. How to split the margin for them? is compulosry to they also should pay tax 5%?

6.20/105*100 = Rs. 5.90 is your cost
Selling price is Rs. 10 to final consumer including taxes
so net selling price is 10/105*100 = Rs. 9.52
Net Margine = 9.52-5.90 = Rs. 3.62
