You have to file your return within the time limit specified in the notice.
I think ay 10-11 is time barred if received after March 2017
@ Aaaaa, hello. there is no time limit for issuance of 142(1) notice and what you are saying might be the time limit for issuance of 148 notice other than foreign assets case.....thanks.
@ Mohit, agreed with Balaji ramalingam sir, file the return of income within the time limit specified in the notice..
