Dear Friend, I have passed my CA final first group only in january 2011 while my second group exam has also good. After that i have appeared May 2011, Nov 2011 & May 2012 but we could not cleared my exam while my paper is above average. Although I have my Job and I prepared myself in last one month before exam. So how should i prepared myself for exam. please help

hey manoj, I am in the same boat as you are.
I guess u shud take a longer leave than 1 month as it seems you are compromising on reading the full syllabus and just waiting for luck to click.
And one more thing, pls try to improve your english....as the errors are above average (pls dont feel bad about my suggestion take it positively)
i would say:refer practice manual and rtp for all the papers
for dt and idt:be very thorough wth amendments and recent case laws
for cost:or is must
i believe you must have gone through the sub very well...considering ur attempts......
may be luck is nt favouring u........just relax and make a fresh start.............aisa socho ki aj kuch toofani karte hai......
dont get disheratened.......i would say continue wth ur job........and one month is sufficient...try to study regularly with more hours in weekend
