How to get exemption if u clear individual subject in final

I am a CS FINAL student and I cleared my drafting paper with 60% marks but didnt clear company secretarial practice. Both subjects of module 1. I got exemption in drafting and have got an exemption code for the same in my ICSI student login details. Whereas when I go to pay the fees online for module 1, there is no option where exempted category code can be put. Worst still if I want to appear only for module 1, then it shows that I have to pay the fees for both subjects. My question is how will the examiner know that I have availed the exemption for module1.  Where will this detail be mentioned. Will it be assumed that I am sitting for both paper 1 and 2. Since if I give only CSP I will have to score over 50% in paper 2 to show my status as pass, as aggregation of marks  facility is not available for if any one paper is exempted in a module.  But if I sit again for paper 1 and 2 then I have to score combined over 50%. What is the solution, if anyone has been in a similar situation.
