I have just registered a company and I need to get certified copies of Incorporation Certificate, MOA and AOA. I was under the inpression that I could place a request online so I logged on the MCA website and paid the necessary fee. but I still have not received the documents. Do I need to go to the MCA office to collect the documents. Please advise what needs to be done.
Track the same as steted above. IF everything fails, raise a complaint at MCA portal.
Did MCA send it via Courier or Speed Post?
Or it is sent by electrnic mode
