IT Return of our client was e-filed (subjected to tax audit) for AY 2011-12 by an ITP. The client does not have a copy of the e-filed return for that year. For filing return for AY 12-13 now, depreciation has to be worked out, for which the client does not have any record to know the WDV of the asset blocks on 31-03-2011. The ITP is not in good terms now with the client and he is not helpful in furnishing any relevant details in this regard (Availability of records of AY 10-11 or earlier year is also not there).
Members may please clarify / guide as to how to download copy of e-filed return for AY 2011-12 from income tax website (incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in). Otherwise, is there any way out on the matter?
