on the basis of old bills we can make provision for the same , if we know the amount however we have not bill for the same
if you recharge online then show the transaction reference no generated with your bank statement.

I guess company won't rely on the estimates and will ask for proper supporting to reimburse you.
but we can make provision for the monthly bills even there is no supporting regarding the same

Thank you so much. If the company provides Telephone bill reimbursement but due to Prepaid my limit is not getting exhausted so can I adjust my internet bill also? it is my name only

As per my understanding, your company must reimburse you the actual bill amount for the month only. Excess payment made by you will anyways reflect in next month invoice amount payable while the company will reimburse you the monthly bill amount, you will pay to the mobile company the balance amount payable.
