Yes , you can check through 26AS whether the tds has been deposited or not against your PAN

26AS is only way whereby you can check TDS deducted as shown in Form 16 has been paid by your employer or not.

Visit the site www.tin-nsdl.com > go to viwe tax credit > PAN Registeration. Fill up the form and submit as per procedure laid down.
