I want to change my correspondance address given to Instititue...so whether an email informing the new address will suffice or i have to send a letter?
if yes then at which email id i should email?

You should submit a hand-written letter indicating the change. And preferably a copy of Landline telephn bill/ Electricity bill which has been issued to ur new address.
