What about Cpt attempts guys? Is it counted too? When does the period of CA start? The first time when u write cpt or when u get registered for IPCC?

i wanna knw if da attempt is due bt neither the person hv fill da examination form
nor he hd appeared in da examination.
does it count as a "Attempt"??
If u dont appear for any of the papers it will not be counted.
