If ur exams becomes due and u appear in the exam ur attempt countdown will starts. but neither the marksheet nor passing certificate shows ur attempts.
so if a student fail in both groups in 1st attempt without any exemption so he can make his 2nd attempt as 1st attempt as no one can make out that it is his/her 2nd atttempt. Is it possible??
yes...........untill u tell.........but institute has all your data........

its simple.... the first attempt written in your icai letter is counted as your first attempt irrespective of whether you fill the exaamination form or not.. and the after 5 attempts that is 2.5 years you have to pay a re registration fees.. so in short attempts are unlimited
Dear friends when ur first attempt due as ur first attempt will count as per my previous reply. But if a person fails in his or her first attempt ,next attempt will be counted as second attempt. Your attempt due is registered with institute as mention in ur eligibility certificate and hence u cannot hide ur no. of attempts while giving exams next time coz exam form required ur first attempt details........ hope u understand wat i m trying to say.

my first attempt was due in jun 09
does it mean it was not counted as my first attempt?????
Ur no. of attempt will be shown in ur passing certificate . the no. of stars indicated in certificate is the no. of attempt u hv taken. So, be aware......
