How can i apply for epf after resigning from my current job

I am 26 year Old working in a Priviate IT Sector company since March 2016. The last compny deduct PF amount from my salary and I have 6 months PF there. But now in my new company there is no deduction for EPF, So, I want to release my complete 6 month PF amonut and my questions are.

Is it possible to get full PF amount before age of retirement?
If yes, than how can I apply and what document and procedure I have to follow.

Please help me in this because I am very confuse in this.

at present the you can withdraw the employee contribution + 3.77 precent of employer contribution by filing form 19 ,

8.33 percent is locked and available to employee only when he /she atains 58 of age, ( 10C is suspended w.e.f. july 2016)

if new company is covered under PF then ask them to cover you, and deduct, this way you can transfer the old balance to new company, non deduction does not means exempted always, it may be that your salary scale is above 15000 and it can be optional.
