If assessee holds 2 houses and 1st is self owned and another is let out and he has another house which is under construction then how to show under construction house?

Under construction property is not required to be shown in ITR
under construction house is not a house for purpose of section 22 not require to show in the return
If construction complete before the end of financial year let us say in march ...Can we claim interest on loan taken for construction
Yes......... subject to limit u/s. 24(b) of IT Act, 1961
