Horrible Experience

Well, finally monsoon arrived and hit the city of Nawab’s, Hyderabad. All the Government’s bragging about the strong drainage system had been exposed on the very first day of monsoon. It started raining in the evening at 5.30 P.M. Power cut during the rain is a normal instance in Hyderabad. Our office invertors back up was also for an hour and it lasted by 6.30. Our office closing time was up to 7. So everyone was just waiting for the clock to pass the 7 P.M. work. But it was moving like a maggot. Finally it crossed 7 and every one of us left the office.

Rain finally got stopped by that time, but there was huge water logging. Somehow we reached the main road, with the shoes and the socks fully wet in the water and were waiting at the bus stop for the bus. Due to the water logging, the traffic was also moving very leisurely, in fact was not moving at all. Finally after waiting for 15 minutes, a bus came up, but it was already overloaded with few nonsense idiots  hanging outside holding the inside pole.

I was not in a hurry at all so waited for another half an hour with my colleagues. Finally a mini bus came up. It was crowded, but somehow we managed some space for all of us in the horde.
Some of the persons standing were sweating. Conductor came towards us and asked for the tickets. The bus was already overcrowded and conductor was also moving in the same for the tickets.

The bus was not moving at all and every one of us was standing at their respective places. But there were some idiots who were moving their some body parts in that mob. Some were busy in drying their head with the handkerchief, some were busy in cleaning their noses, as if was searching for a way to end the traffic jam and some were busy in making others wet with the water drops of their sticky hairs.
I was also fully saturated, but my handkerchief was busy in protecting my Galaxy Note. Finally after 10 minutes, the bus moved few inches and again got stuck in the jam. All the windows of the bus were closed due to the heavy rain.

The humidity level started increasing inside the bus. In the mean while I found a person standing beside me who did not have the paste in the morning. His mouth was stinking. I almost felt like a vomit, but somehow controlled the same. So I turned my head on the other side. But the other side of the coin was also terrible. This time I found the person standing beside me without using the deodorant in the morning and the stench of sweat almost took me in to a subconscious stage and to sprinkle salt on my burns, the smell coming from his shocks. It was terrible. I thought, why government is wasting so much of money in preparing the arms and ammunitions, they should take these shocks and should use them as the gun powder in the tankers cannon.

The bus was already overcrowded, but the conductor was still shouting and calling the people standing at the bus stop. I was imaging where he would adjust them, if any one of them comes.

The bus was moving like an insect and took it almost an hour to complete the 3/4th of the distance, which usually gets completed in 15 minutes. Bus again got stuck in a traffic signal. Suddenly, I felt a filthy odor in air with in the bus. Somebody reneged something which was even dangerous than a spurious gas.
It was so terrible that some passengers got down from the bus, including me.
Haaaa, finally I got relieved when got down from the bus and took the auto from that crossing. After taking the auto I felt relieved and the cool breeze blowing somehow managed to calm down my mind.
That was the most terrible journey of my life till date.
