Quick Summary
If you've previously claimed home loan tax benefits and are now looking to buy another property, you may be able to claim them again. There's generally no restriction on claiming deductions for interest on borrowed capital, provided you stay within the specified limits. However, this benefit is typically only available if you opt for the Old Tax Regime.

Yes you can claim home loan benefits
