I am a salaried individual and have already availed home loan benefit once under IT. Later I sold the house 10 years back and presently residing in a rented house. Now I am planning to buy a house again and want to know can I avail home loan benefits under IT again?

Yes, you can... there's no bar for claiming deduction for interest on borrowed capital subject to the limit of rs. 200000
