i hve passed pe-2 in may'08.i have to complete 3yrs articleship.
My querry is wat is d permissibile no of days allowed fr leave.
for eg in 3 yrs ther r 365*3=1095 days, then wat r d no of days actually permissible as per iicai's regulation fr leave.
But i think its 1/6 th 365*3=1095 *1/6=182 .dys

The days allowed as leave is 1/6th of the actual period served,here actual period served means the total days worked less leave(except holidays,sundays)
Total days served 365*3=1095days
leave taken suppose 190 days
then 1095-190=905 days(actually served)
leave actually allowed=905*1/6=say 151 days
Excess leave=190-151=39 days
