Help regarding exam form

HELP Please..

In CA - Final OMR exam form, there is a column asking passing details of IPCC (Roll No. and attempt), and there are 3 circles to be darkened with pencil i.e. "May", "November" and "Pass". I passed my IPCC in MAY attempt. Can anyone please tell me do i have to darken only "May" or "May" and "Pass" both . . . ?? As i think we are not allowed to opt for two options.

One more thing, there is a form enclosed with the Exam form regarding Articleship completion details (for those who are undergoing last 6 months of their training as on 01.05.2013). Do i have to submit the same with the exam form or is it to be sent separately, as no instructions regarding this is provided in the Instructions Book.

You can darken both Pass and May portion.there is no harm in doing so.

If you have completed your articleship then submit a copy of the completion certificate received from ICAI.

If not give a proof of something(maybe your registration letter) which clearly shows that you are undergoing the last 6 months of your training.

Shade "May”, “Pass” both portion, and it is fine to do so.

Yes, attach your Article completion certificate along with the Exam Application form, if you have completed, else you can attach the final registration form.
