I was informed that the classes for SFm ould be taken up by Sanjay Saraf Sir in ETEN CA accordingly i registered myself for the same supposetely starting in the month of May 2012 but now when i login to ETEN's site, i do not get any name of Sanjay Sir mentioned against the subject name. Has the rumors of Sir not taking up any further classes in ETEN CA come out to be true?
If so where else in Kolkata would he be avalaible for classes?
No idea about Eten, Sneha, but he will continue conducting face-to-face classes at Mangoe Lane in Kolkata. If you've registered for Eten classes outside Kolkata, then get in touch with your Eten centre for updates on the same.

Sanjay Sir had started his own venture long back. He had joined ETEN just recently. From the schedule as published in ETENCA site it seems from May 2012 onwards he shall no longer be teaching via ETEN CA. Kindly check with your centre. If you are from Kolkata you may contact his Kolkata office at 9830023636.

Thank You so much for all your replies to my query but i would like to tell you Hitesh, i just have had my word with the manager at ETEN and they are refunding the money for the fee paid.
However they are now starting off with two new faculty members namely CA Rajiv Singh and CA Mohit Jain.
Would anyone suggest me are they any better than Sanjay Saraf and if yes then who exactly?
I need to take my classes starting next month so which teacher at all would be better for SFM whether it be in or outside ETEN.
Sanjay Saraf is d ultimate GURU of SFM
He is simply d best
If you haven't taken coaching from him in ca final then u hv done nothing
He gives you INTUTION n CONCEPTS alongwith the best possible NOTES in the INDUSTRY
His BOOKS including MIND MAP are simply AWESOME
And like Chandan Kumar said, Eten could not afford SANJAY SARAF
The truth behind the scenes is that,
Sanjay Saraf already runs his own CENTRE in most of the big cities in India where the Direct recording of Kolkata Face2Face Classes are played.
And 1 can never deny the fact that EVEN a teacher will undoubtedly teach better in Face2Face Classes rather than in STUDIO of Eten/Bright. This is for 1 simple reason that even a teacher enjoys his teaching just like painter enjoys his painting. In STODIO teaching in front of NOONE !!! Just Imagine!!!
tHATS WHERE bORE STARTS. and with the kind of ENTHUTHIASTIC & ACTIVE Teaching Personality Sanjay Sir possess, it is always difficult for him to continue in Studio.
And many students already knew thesre facts beforehand, therefore even in other cities Students preferred Sanjay Sir face2face recording at SDanjay Sir Centre rather than Eten Studio Sattelite.
Infact there is an Unsung truth that Vinod Gupta Sir refused Eten proposal of Studio Classes only because of this fact and hereby he is sending his live recordings in various cities rather than teachin in studios.
Go for Sanjay Sir if u want to strengthen ur BASE.

i took sfm classes from eten and Mr.Rajiv Singh has been teaching sfm in north india thru eten itself since beginning......i didn;t find him effective.

I had a good experience in ETENCA for all subjects. I think CA Sanjay Saraf should have thought about the students rather then thinking about his personal gains. Whats use of a good faculty if he cannot stand for students. One of my friends have studied from CA Rajiv Singh. He is a wonderful faculty.
