Harrasement made By Principal

@ Vikas , Avadesh n ALLLLL: thanks a bug 4 ur interest, but I have already send him letter alongwith Form -108 as per ICAI prescribed procedure n the copy of Speed Post receipt is attached to ICAI complaint letter. One main ground f APPEAL s tht he has given DUMMY to around 15-20 ARTICLES n those who have worked r suffering like me but nobody s ready to STAND AGAINST such DEVILS.

But he s only wasting my time, I have already tried the way f getting my form sign by giving him letter, he goes on giving me another date to get my form sign n on that date again gives another date.

ICAI had also despatched himm letter stating him to sign the form within 15 days, but i dont know whether it is received by him till now r not as i have also not received that letter tooooooo.

I m juzz waiting for ICAI to take some action against him, atleast these GUILTY CA should also know that ICAI s for CA's as well as Students.

As per ur recommendations, i have posted complaint on e- sahayata, but till now i havent got my Grievance No. which is required for further communication and today 3 days have elapsed since then i have made complaint electronically, its written over there that u wil be given Grievance No. only after verification of your complaInt.
