GSTR 1 Late fees
If i am filling my GSTR - 1 after due date (31st July) then whether late fees will be leviable.

Rs. 50 per day 25+25.
For nil returns Rs20. Per day for both the acts
Yes.. Late fees will be applicable if you file your GSTR 1 after due date...
1). ₹ 50 per day if there is any Tax Liability payable.
2). ₹ 20 per day in case of NIL Return.
