Gst pct-01

sir,my relative is sales tax practitioner since 1980.when Gst introduce he filed pct-01.But by mistake in colom"Enrollment sought as" he select "B.com Graduate" instate of "sales tax practitioner".He already receive Enrolment certificate in pct-02.when he made attempt to registration for Gst practitioner exam.he not succeed.than he cheaq his pct-01 form than he found that he made a mistake to select to option.my qurie is that now he can rectify such mistake or not.if not when his examination will conduct.
