if i am selling product of 1000 and tranportation is 100 my gst rate is 18%
my question GST will be charged on 1000 or 1100

Whether freight is added in your invoice....
if freight is added in invoice GST is 18% for 1100
see the defination of composite supply sec 2(30) it will clear you query
