sir I want to know, gst is applicable on rent of property, and if it is applicable than whom will charge it
if I give my building on rent to a bank than who have to pay gst if it is applicable

If you are registered under GST, or liable to register............ it shall be your responsibility to charge GST along with Rent............. Bank should pay it to you.......... and you should deposit it to treasury !!!
