Sir, I booked a plot from a developer in 2012 with EMI payment options. Payments complete in 2017. GST @ 18% on full amount demand by Developer. Is it correct? Plot registration is still pending. Please guide me. Thanks

if he delivered plot and payment over before July 2017,then he can't other wise he can demand
In my opinion PLOTS (only part of land) are exempt from GST as per Schedule III.
Yes , There is No GST on purchase of Plots . As per Schedule III , Sub clause 5, its not a supply., hence No Gst Attracts
