gst on license fees by Indian Oil
There is no Gst on petrol diesel. Indian Oil Corporation is now charging some license fees per kilolitre on petrol and diesel and also levied Gst on that license fees. If that Gst on license fees will be available for Gst ITC to set off against Gst on other payable Gst.

GST Input Tax Credit is not allowed , for the input credit provided for non-GST commodities. in the sametime you will take credit GST on license fees for oil and allied products.
Gst imposed by iocl is on services.
And it is also eligible for availing ITC.
Also you may use such ITC to set off your outwards GST liablities.
